According to a USCIS memorandum, USCIS service centers will expedite I-360 Special Immigrant Religious Worker Petitions and the related I-485 applications, so that these cases be adjudicated before the September 30, 2003. 

Because of the USCIS resources shift to the Religious Worker Special Immigration expedites and refugee 485 cases, the employment based EB-485 processing will experience further slow until the end of FY 2003, which is 09/30/2003.
