Do a Consular Processing in My Home Country, What Is the Process? |
Dr. William:
My NIW I-140 application was approved recently. Since I changed job after NIW petition, if I want to do a consular processing in my home country, what is the process?
A:
You need to file an I-824 Form if you want to process abroad. After you have the filing fee receipt, you may submit your application to the consulate in your home country, together with copies of the complete I-140 filing package and the original I-140 approval notice.
