I got my green card through employer-petitioned NIW. Now, I want to change by job after 6 months of getting the green card. It is possible that current my employer can complain to USCIS and get my GC revoked?

It is unlikely that your permanent resident status is in any danger if you leave the current employer after 6 months of getting the green card.
