I submitted my documents a few months ago for I-140 petition under NIW. Thereafter, I gained more evidence to strengthen my application, including recent publications and several recommendation letters. I submitted them two months later to the USCIS service center. But I didn't receive any letter from the service center for the supplemental materials. I don't know if they are going to process my NIW based on the first time of my submission or consider all my materials including I submitted recently.

Generally, USCIS will not response your supplemental documents, and USCIS will normally process your NIW petition based on the first time of your submission. Because it is required that you need to meet the immigration requirements of NIW at the time of I-140 petition submission, not meet the requirements of NIW after the I-140 submission.
