If My Petition For NIW Is Unsuccessful, Can I Apply Again In The Future?

Dr. William:

I am a PhD student in engineering. I am interested in order your "Complete Do-It-Yourself package" for NIW, and would like to apply for Green Card by myself now. If my petition for a national interest waiver is unsuccessful, can I apply again in the future?

Answer:

Yes, you can. A previously rejected petition does not bar you from submitting another petition in the future. It is advisable for you to submit another petition again within same immigration classification, if your circumstance has significantly improved or changed.
