I filed an I-129 Petition for H-1B two weeks ago at USCIS Vermont Service Center, but I have not got any response back from USCIS. Do you know how long it will take for the H-1B approval?

First you will get a receipt notice with petition or EAC Number on it from 2-4 weeks. Next, you will wait for the approval notice. The processing time changes in terms of time and region, normally 2-4 months. 

Remember you have already put mailing address for Part 1 in I-129. If you do think something wrong with your mail, you can trace your return check for the USCIS filing fee. If you are lucky, you can find out EAC # on the back of your return check and a check is always better than a money order.
