application was approved recently. Since I changed job after self-NIW petition, if I want to do a consular processing in my home country,
what is the process and how to do it?

You need to
file an I-824 Form if you want to process abroad for your immigration status
change. After you get
the filing fee receipt of the I-824 Form, you may submit your application to the
consulate in your home country, together with copies of the complete I-140
filing package and the original I-140 approval notice from USCIS.
